In this project, by considering its importance and position, designers have tried to insert a green space inside and combine it with open spaces Humans’ relations and neighborhood features are among the topics that are waned or disappeared in most of residential projects that are designed in complex form, by an insufficient communication among consumers. Making open and developed spaces and their relations as a kind of gathering space and communication can increase the right relations among humans.
The position of the building is designed in a way that there is no severe sunlight in any four corners of the building.

Having open space in each floor can also play a fundamental role for resident’s securing in some causalities such as firing, in addition to its positive structure.
